Founder & Executive Leadership
Kibwe McGann

Kibwe McGann

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Caribbean fintech · Carnival operations · Market development

Kibwe McGann is the founder and principal architect of Mas Capital. The business was developed from his experience across three sides of the same market: digital payments through THE WiPay Group, Carnival operations through GenXS Jamaica, and direct consumer services through Carnival Glam Hub. His work with MasOS brought those experiences together around one central insight: Carnival businesses generate measurable receivables, but traditional capital providers lack the operating data and payment control required to participate confidently. Kibwe designed Mas Capital as the layer that converts MasOS sales history, inventory visibility and payment infrastructure into structured capital opportunities. He leads the company's strategy, institutional partnerships, commercial development and expansion.
